A spiritually rich town. Humans who can see ghosts, and or have powers are very normal here. Although it is kept secret mostly. Usually there is 1 spirit aware person per 10000 people, but here in Karakura, that is totaly incorrect.

This is where souls come after they have been purified by Shingami. There are 80 districts.
The first district is the nicest and cleanest, while farther and farther down the districts it gets cruder and rougher. Till you get to district 80 which is the worst, and most chaotic.
